Experience, Knowledge and THE RIGHT SkillsET

LMS has a strong track record in delivering a range of legionella compliance and water management services for businesses with single locations as well as those with multi-site estates across the UK, all of which benefit from the convenience of only dealing with one cleaning provider which manages and delivers multiple services.

With robust processes and procedures in place, as well as an experienced and dynamic management team, we are well-placed to provide services across mainland England, Scotland and Wales.

IN HOUSE DELIVERY WITH external professional SUPPORT

LMS takes great pride in delivering over 99% of its services using in-house teams.

We have the added support of external professional HR and legal consultants, WorkNest, in ensuring that all of our HR, Health, Safety & Environmental procedures are regularly audited and kept up to date.

QUALITY: ON TIME, ON BUDGET WITH ZERO DEFECTS

Quality is at the heart of everything we do and we are always looking to introduce innovation and initiatives to help us provide a more effective service. In so doing we aim to protect and improve the environment through good management, adopting best practices and greener alternatives wherever possible. LMS’s parent company, GCC Facilities Management plc, became the first UK company to pass a simultaneous audit of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 during September 2019. This was followed-up by successful simultaneous audits in 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023. LMS is proud to continue that tradition.
