Legionella Management Solutions (LMS) is a specialist water hygiene company, established specifically to deliver industry leading compliance and remediation services to combat legionnaires disease.

We provide a “one-stop” solution by offering a comprehensive range of legionella compliance, remedial and management across mainland UK. LMS provides a bespoke service single sites through to full-time facility servicing across multi-site estates, all delivered by our highly trained in-house operatives.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of GCC Facilities Management plc, Legionella Management Solutions benefits from over 48 years of experience in the facilities management industry.

Training and Upskilling

All operational employees including managers are trained to the highest industry standards to ensure that the service that we deliver is fully compliant with all current legislation and guidance including the Health & Safety at work Act (1974) and HSE Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 & HSG274. Accredited training is provided by the Water Management Society (WMSoc) for legionella risk assessors and the Water Industry Approved Plumber Scheme (WIAPS) for Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ) valve testing and City and Guilds for plumbing. LMS’s own training modules include Health & Safety, COSHH, correct use of RAMS and environmental training.
